Youth Drama Classes
The Park hosts Drama Classes during the
fall, winter as well as the summer. The classes provide a
wonderful introduction to theatre, as well as expansion of theatre
knowledge. There is nowhere better to learn the ins and outs of
theatre than on the Park's classic indoor stage. A few of the
topics covered include: creative dramatics, improvisation, pantomime,
script work, stage direction, terms and techniques, as well as
enunciation and projection. Classes are available for 1st through
12th graders.

Pumpkin Fest
Always a favorite festival with the kids.
A scary spooky event with decorations, slides, mazes, live theatre,
food, games, prizes, decorated pumpkin displays, hayrack rides and more
fun than should be aloud in a single weekend. Kids can't get enough of
this.

A Christmas Carol
It is impossible to pinpoint why this show
is so good. Could it be the classic story "A Christmas Carol" that
we all know and love? Could it be the hilarious improv comic
talents of the two performers? Is it kid after kid getting picked
from the audience to fill the numerous rolls? Or is it one of the
many other elements that make this laugh out loud hit great time and
time again?

Festival of the Gnomes
Learn about the legends and lore of the wee folk
who do good works for man and nature.
Two live theatre performances at 1:00 and 3:30 pm.
Tickets still just $3.00. Come enjoy the live music,
gnomemade crafts and get a tassel for your very own
gnome hat. Reservations recommended. |
